Delete account
In the game
- Open Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
This deletes at once, on the server: your characters, their items and gold, your storage and your Item Shop Storage, your sign-in link, your sign-in tokens, your blocks, mutes and the technical events of your app. It cannot be undone. Goods in your Item Shop Storage are lost; they are not refunded.
Without the game
If you cannot open the game any more, write to support@demonfork.io from the email address you want an answer to, with your player id if you have it (Settings) and whether you played on Android or iOS. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm it by email. [OWNER: confirm the process and the time.]
What is kept for a limited time
- A salted hash of your sign-in identity (never the identity itself) for 90 days, so that a ban cannot be evaded by deleting and re-creating the account.
- Chat lines for up to 7 days, and reports with their evidence, for moderation.
- Records of purchases as long as the law requires.
- Logs of staff actions and play statistics without your name (up to 400 days).
- Server logs for at most 5 weeks, and backups of the game database for at most 14 days.
