Terms of Use
The game
STONEGRIND is an online game by Demonfork, Leon Klostermann (see the Impressum). It needs a connection to our servers. You must be 16 or older to play.
Your account
You sign in with Google Play Games or Apple Game Center. The account is personal: do not sell, share or transfer it. You can delete it at any time in the game (Settings, Delete account).
Rules of conduct
- No cheating: no modified clients, bots, macros, exploits of bugs, or tools that automate play.
- No trading of game items, gold or accounts for real money outside the game.
- No insults, threats, hate, sexual content, spam or advertising in chat or in names.
- No impersonation of staff or other players.
We can warn, mute or ban accounts that break these rules, remove offending names, and reverse gains from cheating or bugs. You can appeal by writing to support@demonfork.io.
Item Shop
The Item Shop sells goods for real money through Google Play or the App Store; there is no premium currency and no equipment for sale. A bought good lands in your Item Shop Storage and is used up when you use it. Goods have no cash value and cannot be exchanged back into money. If a good contains a random item, the chances are shown in the game before you buy. Refunds are handled by Google or Apple under their rules and the law. Service
We work to keep the game online, but there can be maintenance and outages. We may change, balance or end features and game content. If we ever close the game, we will announce it in the game in advance. [OWNER: notice period.]
Liability
We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of essential obligations, limited to the damage that is typical and foreseeable. [OWNER: have this clause reviewed.]
Law
German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence stay unaffected.
Changes
We may update these terms. The game asks you to accept a new version before you play on.
